$79k.
I am already looking forward to years of pointless internet debate at how much better a "value" the Challenger Hellcat is. You know, the old horsepower per dollar metric. Almost as worthless as horsepower per liter. Maybe MORE worthless. No, as worthless.
C7 Z06 pricing revealed
Re: C7 Z06 pricing revealed
Stats that I care about:
Hp/Torque to weight, basically lbs per HP
Handeling - skidpad G's
Passing ability is nice too. Car and Driver usually includes that stat.

Re: C7 Z06 pricing revealed
I am pretty sure the C7 Z06 will still be faster in a straight line than the Challenger Hellcat. I know the weight is up on the Z06, but I imagine the 1/4 mile trap will still be higher (maybe high 120s?). Also, I care about intangibles. I am sure the Z06 is far superior in that area. In the case of the Challenger, if you don't start with a great platform (or at least a fundamentally good one), there's only so much you can do.
