I heard the A/C was cold.

That should sell pretty fast I think.

Yeah, my prediction is it won't last past noon on Saturday. The good Hondas always go fast.

This one actually looks pretty clean. The ad isn't very informative, starting with the title of "Car for Sale."

This looks to be in nice shape as well and only 107k on it.

It appears to be a Limited.

I thought it looked a little nicer than average, but I couldn't place it.

Seems like a nice example for a fair price.

When the grass starts to grow around it, that's not a good sign.

The Accord ended up selling at noon on Sunday for $4800 to a guy who was buying it for his 16 year old daughter. I went a little lower than I probably would have it was my car, but having 4 cars in my driveway really isn't ideal. As I was cleaning it out, I found the original window sticker in the glove box $22k MSRP in 2006. That's some fairly impressive resale considering it has 185k on it now and it's not rare or special. Also, I fixed nothing that was wrong with it prior to selling. (windshield, lock cylinder for pass door, remote battery, wheel bearings). Fixing all of these things would have run me at least another $500-800 and some additional time that I didn't have. I doubt I would have gotten that additional revenue back from the sale. The buyer did comment on the noisy wheel bearings, but bought it anyway. I think this makes the case for not fixing things that are wrong with older cars if you plan to sell soon.
