BWI basically bought Delphi Chassis for $100M in 2009. What I didn't know was that Delphi Automotive Systems became fully independent in 1999, but I will always associate them with GM (understandable when you look at the history).

I figure Delphi trivia is more interesting than this car.
Fun fact: 94-96 Impala SS used de Carbon shocks.1990s: More innovations came in the 1990s with products like: ESC, Real Time Damping, Integrated Chassis, and Aluminum Knuckles. The de Carbon brand was also acquired during this time.
