The mission statement sounds good (a finesse car with not too much power). But this thing is awful. Ugly exterior, ugly interior. Too expensive.

You can buy a far less uglier car that meets all the same basic requirements, is lighter, and is probably even bigger on the inside: 2015 Chevrolet SS.

Make sure you look at the HVAC buttons. It is startlingly out of the 90s.

I just don't understand the Japanese.

You can also buy a Tesla 70D starting at $75k. There are so many cool options in that price range, it's hard to imagine this being anyone's top choice.

If you feed in to the not-way-too-much-power in a comfortable sedan platform, and you don't want to look at that gaping maw all the time, there is the CTS Vsport, which is very good...
