Yes, I knew about this. I believe very few of these affected models are in customers' hands.

You aren't the only one who uses this forum. Although by post count that might not be the case...

The article seems kind of one sided. It spends the first half reminding everyone of how many GM vehicles were subject to recall recently. 2800 isn't that many cars, especially if most of them are still on dealer lots or other places in the distribution channel.
