VT Cabin Framing

Not sure what category this should go in. Figured I'd post a little. Developed beam calcs with a local lumberyard and got some specifics. Initial building plans and framing bill of materials attached. I've sent this to two "local" lumberyards in Littleton NH and Lowes up there to see what I get for quotes. The "EFORTEWEB" attachment is the output from the lumberyard-only beam sizing calculation software that sized all of the major framing members.
