Installing trailer wiring into the Ranger

I almost had a free lawn tractor moment and realized I would need to be able to tow a trailer w/ lights. So I finally got a trailer harness for the Ranger to go with the bumper mount ball.
Turns out the wiring in the Ranger has a plug and a few companies make a T connector harness. Needless to say, it was ridiculously easy to install. A few pics tell the story. Just unplug factory plug, and plug in T connector between. Done. No scotch lock garbage, no soldering, no jury rigging. I think this took 2 minutes. And it was like $15.
I just threw a zip tie on there loose to so the thing wouldn't dangle. You can just make it out below the tailgate and above the bumper. Yes I did check the lights - they still work. Now I just need a trailer to test with.
