A/W: 2016 Miata only 2,332 lbs

I still call it the Miata, so that's too bad.

But this is great. This is only 122 lbs heavier than the original, which is only 5%.
Interestingly, I looked up the 1990 Corvette. The new one is 2.3% heavier than that one.
The new Miata deals with 15 lbs/HP, compared to 19 lbs/HP on the original, a 26% improvement. Not sure on the price.
The new Corvette deals with 7.2 lbs/HP, compared to 13.1 lbs/HP on the original, an 83% improvement. With a 71.8% price increase.
I'd be willing to bet the price increase was similar on both. So...yeah, there's nothing sophisticated at all about a Corvette...or value.
