Yeah, it looks like the exterior has a few old person bumps, but the interior looks pretty damn good compared to most I have seen.

Oddly (for an enthusiast) he left out the SPID...

And it's running mid-15s with a 2.56.

I get about 1,475 rpm @ 65. Only 1,800 rpm @ 80.

Around here, 2.56 is probably a really bad gear. Bad off the line. Won't be able to pull any hills whatsoever, so it'll constantly be unlocking the torque converter and sometimes even going to 3rd. Plus the non-9C1 4L60-E calibration is reluctant to downshift so it'll feel even more sluggish than the 2.93 cars for that reason.

I do have a 3.42 axle, though it's a 96 so more PCM work is required to make that all work. I may have priced it out earlier in this thread (Tunercat I think). As I mentioned before, cool thing about the 96 is since it is OBD-II, I won't get a roller emissions test (i.e. not have to wait until 2021 to be exempt), and I can disable any DTC I want to in software.

I've meticulously maintained this car and have all receipts dating from my purchase of it in 2013 with 46,000 miles on the odometer. I bought it from an elderly gentleman in Baltimore who kept it in storage for years due to declining health

Doesn't that mean this was up in salt country? With low miles, maybe it's fine. Plus maybe it wasn't even driven in snow. Who knows. But not a native southern car. That also helps the paint and interior though.

Passenger side rear door has something going on. I guess that's why this is 3 grand and not like 5 grand...

Yeah, I don't think Maryland is as bad as New England for salt and stuff, but it isn't a native Carolina car either. Given that it traveled only 46k in 17 years in MD, it may not have been exposed to much.
