Looks pretty good, although is that rust behind the rear wheel in one of the pics?
If I needed a car like right now, locally, this one would be pretty tempting. It's a driver and maybe I wouldn't feel bad about driving it in snow. That's something. That would take the pressure off of buying the exact best/cleanest one. And it's 2.93 so it won't totally suck. It's not a Limited though.

This car is a perfect example of why I see no point to that 92, even though it's cleaner and has half the miles. It's a 20 year old car. It's not like it's more reliable with 60k than it is with 120k.
I reached out. We'll see.

Also, I am annoyed that Search Tempest can't find this car. No matter how I search for it. Which is why I missed it.

Extra strange because a Bing search of "Buick Roadmaster site:providence.craigslist.org" pulls it up in the very first result. Of course I think Search Tempest uses Google...

Slight price drop on this one - down to $4300 from $4800. Still out of range, but I will keep an eye on it for you.

That thing is sweet though I prefer the M-parallel wheels.

I still get a kick out of the brag of $20k in service records, but the claim that it needs absolutely nothing. What WILL it need?

That 96 RMS is still for sale. $1500 asking means a pretty good deal...if I need a car.

This one only has $20,000 of receipts. Does that mean its due for a $5k repair?

I think that is the same car. The next ad will be for $4100 "have all receipts."

Called the Woonsocket guy. Someone is supposed to come look at it this afternoon, so he said he'd give me a call if he doesn't (or doesn't buy). Great. Now he can put pressure on that guy. I think I can plan on it being gone. Fuck you Search Tempest. Should add local searches to my repertoire.

Why wouldn't you just use the search on the website itself?

Because I'm not looking for a Toyota Camry within a 50 mile radius (easy). I'm looking for a clean and cheap and interesting 20 year old car which suffered cash for clunkers (hard).
