I just purchased this 2011 Chevrolet Caprice Police Pursuit Vehicle. It passed MD inspection right away (see images) I also put Raybestos Police Grade front & rear rotors and front & rear brake pads. I didn't say it was a good deal, I just included a link to a PPV auction. These can be had for sub 10k, but they go pretty quick.
