Finally installed the new MAF/housing. Long term fuel trims seem to have fully settled out in the 10-12% range. I did have one CEL since for random cylinder misfire. Hasn't recurred and misfire counts were 0 the last time I ran the KingBolen. I wonder if I should try another crank relearn or just leave well enough alone.

The vehicle/tool may support fuel trim reset which could help as well.
